Immunolocalization of ABCG5-myc in WIF-B cells. Cells were grown on glass coverslips, infected with virus expressing ABCG5-myc alone or ABCG5-myc and ABCG8, and processed for immunofluorescence microscopy. (a–c) Immunoreactive ABCG5-myc in cells infected with virus expressing β-gal (a), ABCG5-myc alone (b), or ABCG5-myc and ABCG8 (c). Coverslips containing cells expressing ABCG5-myc alone (d–l) were incubated with anti-myc pAb and anti-BiP mAb (d–f), anti-myc mAb and anti-HA321 pAb (g–i), or anti-myc mAb and anti-APN pAb (j–l). Colocalization is shown as a merged image (f, i, and l). Immunoreactive ABCG5-myc (m, p, s, and v), BiP (n), HA321 (q), APN (t), mannosidase II (MII; w), and their merges (o, r, u, and x) are shown in cells expressing ABCG5-myc and ABCG8.
