Southern blot genotype analysis of macrophages isolated from mice transplanted with either Agtr1+/+ or Agtr1–/– bone marrow. Lanes 1–3 show DNA isolated from tail biopsy specimens of Agtr1–/– mice (Lane 1), Agtr1+/– mice (Lane 2), and Agtr1+/+ mice (Lane 3). Lanes 4 and 5 show DNA isolated from peritoneal macrophages of wild-type mice reconstituted with Agtr1–/– marrow (Lane 4) and wild-type mice with Agtr1+/+ marrow (Lane 5). The DNA in lane 4 represents pooled macrophage DNA from 10 mice reconstituted with Agtr1–/– marrow.
