Northern blot analysis of hypertrophy markers in CFKO mice. (A) The hearts of CFKO and control mice were harvested at 14 days after infusions with vehicle or Ang II, as indicated. The total ventricular RNA was isolated and subjected to Northern blotting with various probes, as indicated.
