Cytokine secretion by DLN cells proliferating to AA antigens. The media of the proliferating DLN cells of the three groups described in Figure 2, nontreated, pcDNA3-vaccinated, and CD25-vaccinated, responding to PPD or p180, were taken after 72 hours in culture and analyzed by ELISA for (A) IFN-γ or (B) IL-10. The results are presented as picograms per milliliter.
