Neurologic Features in SARS-CoV-2 Infection In a consecutive series of 64 patients with
Covid-19 and ARDS, 58 of whom underwent neurologic examination, severe agitation and
corticospinal signs were common. In 2 of 13 patients, MRI of the brain showed small acute
strokes, and in 1 patient, imaging showed a subacute stroke.
