Background: Fbxw7 is the F-box protein component of an SCF-type ubiquitin ligase that
plays key roles in tumor suppression and stem cell maintenance. Results: The transcription
factors OASIS and BBF2H7 were identified as new substrates of Fbxw7. Conclusion: Fbxw7
controls osteogenesis and chondrogenesis by targeting OASIS and BBF2H7 for
