We evaluated the potential relationship between miRNAs and Th17 cytokines in multiple
myeloma (MM) patients. Twenty-seven newly diagnosed myeloma patients and eight normal
donors were studied. We determined that the relative expression levels of miR-15a/16, miR-
34a, miR-194 in MM patients were significantly lower than those in the healthy controls with
