We have investigated the role of hepatic lipase (HL) in remnant lipoprotein metabolism
independent of lipolysis by using recombinant adenovirus to express native and catalytically
inactive HL (HL-145G) in apolipoprotein (apo) E-deficient mice characterized by increased
