Covalent conjugation of Toll-like receptor ligands (TLR-L) to synthetic antigenic peptides
strongly improves antigen presentation in vitro and T lymphocyte priming in vivo. These
molecularly well defined TLR-L-peptide conjugates, constitute an attractive vaccination
