Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are critical regulators of autoimmune diseases, including type 1
diabetes mellitus. It is hypothesised that Tregs' function can be influenced by changes in the
expression of specific microRNAs (miRNAs). Thus, we performed miRNAs profiling in a
