Donor pancreatic lymph node cells (PLNC) protect islet transplants in Non-obese diabetic
(NOD) mice. We hypothesized that induced FoxP3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) were required
for long-term islet engraftment. NOD or NOD. NON mice were treated with ALS
