MATERIALS AND METHODS Drugs and Chemicals. Temozolomide was obtained from the
Experimental Cancer Chemotherapy Group, Aston University, Birmingham, UK, and MTIC
was synthesized from the reaction of 5-diazoimidazole-4-carboxamide and methylamine in
anhydrous ethyl acetate (Shealy & Krauth, 1966).

Drugs and Chemicals. Temozolomide was obtained from the Experimental Cancer Chemotherapy Group, Aston University, Birmingham, UK, and MTIC was synthesized from the reaction of 5-diazoimidazole-4-carboxamide and methylamine in anhydrous ethyl acetate (Shealy & Krauth, 1966).
