Interferon-stimulated gene factor 3 (ISGF3) is the ligand-dependent transcriptional activator
that, in response to interferon treatment, is assembled in the cell cytoplasm, is translocated
to the nucleus, and binds the consensus DNA site, the interferon-stimulated response
