The Crk family of adaptor proteins participate in diverse signaling pathways that regulate
growth factor-induced proliferation, anchorage-dependent DNA synthesis, and cytoskeletal
reorganization, important for cell adhesion and motility. Using kidney epithelial 293T cells for
