Vav3 is a member of the Vav family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) for the
Rho family GTPases. Deleting the N-terminal calponin homology (CH) domain to generate
Vav3-(5–10) or deleting both the CH and the acidic domain to generate Vav3-(6–10) results
in activating the transforming potential of Vav3. Expression of either the full-length Vav3 or
