This review focuses on the role of antiflammins in the regulation of the inflammatory
response, in particular acute inflammation. The results show that antiflammins were effective
on several classical models of inflammation. Preliminary data suggest that antiflammin
action may be due to their ability to suppress leukocyte trafficking to the lesion.
