Objective.—To examine whether infant dietary exposure to cow's milk is associated with β-
cell autoimmunity (BCA), an early predictor of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM).
Setting.—Denver, Colo. Design.—Cross-sectional with retrospective analysis. Participants.—
