The mechanism by which 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl (HMG)-CoA reductase inhibitors
increase endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) expression is unknown. To determine
whether changes in isoprenoid synthesis affects eNOS expression, human endothelial cells
