Exosomes secreted by dendritic cells (DCs) contain MHC-I, MHC-II, and other accessory
molecules required for antigen presentation to T cells. Previous studies have shown that
exosome MHC-I “indirectly” loaded by adding peptides to DC cultures are immunogenic.
