The regulation of cellular levels of α-melanocyte stimulating factor (α-MSH) and β-endorphin
in response to stimulated secretion from intermediate pituitary cells in primary culture was
investigated in this study. Regulation of the cell content of α-MSH and β-endorphin occurred
