independent gene cassettes are connected within one binary vector by the restriction
endonuclease-based technique only. Using the set, two overexpressing cassettes and three
RNA interference (RNAi) cassettes were successfully introduced into rice. Our plasmid set is
useful for producing commercial transgenic plants, especially in the case of rice.
