MATERIALS AND METHODS Case history. After a normal pregnancy and normal delivery at
the 41st week of gestation, with a birth weight of 3.75 kg, the male patient had diarrhea,
upper re spiratorydisease, and asthma at the age of three months, in February 1984. These
clinical symptoms became severe. He was then hospitalized and treated with high calorie
fluids and multiple intravenous administrations of human gammaglobulin.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
Case history.
