Effect of loss of IMPDH II and/or HPRT activities on mouse splenocyte proliferation. Mouse splenocytes were stimulated with Con A (a), LPS (b), PMA plus ionomycin (c), or anti-CD3 plus anti-CD28 (d) for 24, 48, and 72 hours.
