(a) 15 μg of total RNA from resting (lanes 1, 3, 5, and 7) or Con A–activated (lanes 2, 4, 6, and 8) splenocytes from mice of four different genotypes was probed with IMPDH type I, type II, or HPRT cDNAs as indicated.
