Pomalidomide and lenalidomide are more potent than HU and butyrate for inducing HbF expression in CD34-derived erythrocytes. (A) HbF expression was monitored by flow cytometry after 6 days of erythroid differentiation, with increasing concentration of pomalidomide, lenalidomide, HU, and butyrate.
