Values represent mean ± SEM (n = 3). (B) Expression of HbF was monitored by flow cytometry after 2, 6, 9, and 12 days of cell differentiation with 1 μM pomalidomide. (C and D) HbF and HbA were monitored after 6 days of cell differentiation, with increasing concentrations of pomalidomide. Scatter plots illustrate the distribution of HbF+ and HbA+ erythroid cells.
