Single-cell suspensions from blood, peripheral, and mediastinal LNs of PBS/vehicle/OVA- or OVA/vehicle/OVA- or OVA/FTY720/OVA-treated mice were prepared. The cells were stained with anti-CD11c and anti-MHCII and analyzed by flow cytometry. Autofluorescent and PI-positive dead cells were excluded from the gate.
