Figure 4IL-10 regulates the induction of TNF-α, IL-12, and IL-6 in DCs. Wild-type or IL-10–deficient murine splenic DCs were cultured with zymosan (100 μg/ml) and CD40 ligand cells for 24 hours, and levels of cytokines were assayed by ELISA.
