Figure 6Metabolic and mitochondrial protein expression is enhanced in 3T3-L1 adipocytes depleted of RIP140. Eight days after the induction of differentiation, 3T3-L1 adipocytes were transfected with scrambled or RIP140 siRNA. After 72 hours, postnuclear supernatants were used for immunoblotting selected proteins in oxidative phosphorylation and fatty acid oxidation pathways.
