Figure 6ScFv mAbs cause dissociation of cultured human epidermal keratinocytes. Cultured human keratinocytes were incubated with ETA with or without scFvs and then treated with dispase to release cell monolayers. Released cell sheets were exposed to mechanical shear stress to evaluate intercellular adhesion. The total number of cell sheet fragments for each treatment is shown as a mean (SD).
