Figure 7IL-4 inhibits IL-1–mediated p38 MAPK activation. hMSCs were pretreated without or with IL-4 (10 ng/ml) for 1 or 24 hours. Cells were then exposed to IL-1 (10 ng/ml) for the indicated periods.
