HeLa cells were transfected with full-length or N-terminally truncated HsPDF (AAs 64–244) tagged at the C-terminus with YFP and imaged alive by laser scanning confocal microscopy 24 hours after transfection and 30 minutes after addition of MitoTracker Red CMXRos to the media.
