db+/? mice, which had been treated twice per week (every 3.5 days) by subcutaneous injection with control ASO 141923 (gray bars) or GCGR ASO 180475 (white bars) at 25 mg/kg for a total of 9 doses. Plasma glucose was analyzed in samples obtained from different groups of five animals, which were random fed (6:00 AM sampling) or fasted for 6, 12, or 24 hours (fasting started at 6:00 AM). Data are the mean values ± SEM of five mice per treatment group. Significant differences (
