Freshly isolated PBMCs from active-SLE patients and normal volunteers were assessed for CD27 expression in B cell subsets by FACS analysis following staining with FITC-conjugated anti-CD27, PE-conjugated anti-IgD, and TC-conjugated anti-CD19.
