Costimulation promotes T cell resistance to Dex. Dex-treated and control T cells were stained with CFSE and stimulated with anti-CD3 or anti-CD3 plus IL-2 for 3 days. Cells were harvested before stimulation and on days 1, 2, and 3 and analyzed by flow cytometry. Results from a representative experiment are shown.
