Generation of keratinocyte-specific Arnt-deficient mice. (a) Keratinocyte-specific disruption of the Arnt gene with the Cre-loxP system. PCR products were separated on 3% MetaPhor Agarose gel (Cambrex, Bio Science Inc., Rockland, Maine, USA). A 100-bp ladder marker was used as a size marker.
