The left panel shows PML/RAR levels in the NB4 cell line, which are comparable to those of the U937 PML/RAR and U937 PLZF/RAR cell lines after 8 hours of treatment with 100 μM ZnSO4. Endogenous RARα expression can be used to compare relative fusion-protein expression levels among different samples. Mt was the control.
