a) Western blot analyses of PTEN protein. Sampling was performed in lung tissues from sensitized mice challenged with OVA or saline. The Western blot was probed with an anti-PTEN antibody and reprobed with an anti-actin antibody to verify equal loading of protein in each lane. Results were similar in six independent experiments. (
